La Pastourelle du Val d'Arly offers you this CD of some thirty tunes for dancing or singing, drawn from the memory of this valley in the Val d'Arly.
 
May this document evoke the life of our forebears who, after their hard days of work on their sloping land, would relax in the evening, around a golden farçon or a cavanié de bognettes washed down with a bowl of citra, singing and dancing the night away. Everything is natural and authentic, from the commandments of the fiddlers to the sometimes naughty, sometimes moralistic songs.
